We charge a flat rate of $10 for Australian deliveries and $30 for international deliveries.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries so therefore can post to PO boxes.

Please allow between 1-3 days for Australian deliveries and 7-10 days for International deliveries.

If a particular item is out of stock at the time your order is processed, we will contact you immediately to organise a full refund or notify you as to estimated time of delivery.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at admin@museumclothing.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.

All items returned must be in their original condition (not worn, used or washed) with their original tags intact.  You must provide proof of purchase and they must be received by us within 14 days of dispatch for Australian and New Zealand customers and 21 days for international customers. 

Customer is to cover the cost of postage for returns.  Please ensure you use a traceable form of post to ensure item can be tracked as we will not be liable for loss of items being returned.
